Check-in & Check-out
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Our standard check-in time is from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and check-out is required by 10:00 a.m.
Can I request early check-in or late check-out?
Yes, early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and potential additional charge. If you require an early check-in or a late check-out, we recommend contacting the B&B to check availability and applicable fees. Our team will do its best to accommodate your request based on occupancy and operational considerations.
What documents do I need to present at check-in?
To ensure a seamless check-in process, all guests are required to present a valid form of identification upon arrival. The accepted documents are as follows:
Foreign Guests: A valid passport.
Peruvian Guests: A valid DNI (national ID).
Guests from Andean Community (CAN) Countries (Bolivia, Colombia, Ecuador, and Peru): A valid national ID is accepted instead of a passport.
Please ensure that your identification document is current and matches the details provided in your reservation.
Does the hotel offer luggage storage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we offer complimentary luggage storage both before check-in and after check-out. Guests can securely store their belongings before accessing their room and after departure, whether they are embarking on a multi-day trek, climbing expedition, or taking an overnight bus. Our team ensures your luggage is safely stored, allowing you to enjoy your plans without worry.
Reservations & Payments
How can I make a reservation at the hotel?
You can easily make a reservation by clicking on here «Rooms» and selecting your preferred room and dates. Follow the booking process and ensure that all information is entered correctly.
Once your reservation is complete, you will receive a confirmation email, which will require your response to verify the booking. Please note that during periods of high demand, an advance payment may be required to secure your stay. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash payments in USD (U.S. Dollars) or PEN (Peruvian Soles).
Additionally, we provide credit and debit card payment options, which are subject to a 5% transaction fee. For any inquiries regarding payment methods, please feel free to contact us.
Is advance payment required to confirm my booking?
In most cases, payment is made in full upon arrival. However, during periods of high demand, we may occasionally require an advance payment to secure your reservation. If an advance payment is necessary, we will notify you in advance.

Can I modify my reservation after confirming it?
Yes, you can modify or postpone your reservation after confirmation. However, changes may be subject to penalties if they impact our availability. We strongly recommend requesting any modifications in advance to avoid additional charges.
Additionally, all changes are subject to room availability at the time of the request. If you need to modify your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
What are the cancellation and refund policies?
If you book directly through our website, our cancellation policy allows you to modify or cancel your reservation free of charge up to 10 days before your arrival. In the case of a refund, the amount will be processed minus any applicable transaction fees.
However, if you book through a third-party platform, the cancellation policies may differ and tend to be less flexible. We strongly recommend reviewing the cancellation terms on each platform for your convenience.

Location & Transportation
Where is the hotel located?
Our accommodation is conveniently located just five blocks from Huaraz’s main square, approximately a 4-minute walk. It is situated on a quiet street, ensuring a peaceful rest before or after your early tour departures.

Reference: We are located 30 meters from the corner of Confraternidad Internacional Oeste Street and Psj. Mrc. Andrés Avelino Cáceres Street, directly in front of Santa Rosa Hostel.
How can I get to the hotel from the airport or bus station?
If you are arriving at any bus station in Huaraz, you can easily reach our hotel on foot (5–15 minutes) or by taxi. Taxis in Huaraz are safe, with fares ranging from PEN 5 to PEN 7 per ride. Please note that each bus company has its own terminal, located in different parts of town.
If you are arriving at Anta Airport, you have two options:
Shared transportation is available at the airport.
Private taxi service provides a direct ride to our accommodation. The fare varies depending on the time of year and the number of passengers.
We are happy to assist in arranging private transportation. If you require this service, please inform us at least one day before your arrival.
Is public transportation or taxi service available near the hotel?
Yes, public transportation is available just 30 meters from the hotel, with minibuses running every 5 minutes, providing easy access to different parts of the city and nearby villages, including trailheads for warm-up hikes.
Additionally, motorcycle taxis are available for short-distance trips within a few blocks. Taxis are also readily accessible for convenient and direct transportation.
Facilities & Additional Services
Does the Accomodation have a restaurant?
Currently, we do not have a restaurant. However, as our town is small, you can find various restaurants within a few minutes’ walk. Our team is also happy to provide dining recommendations.
Regarding room service, during reception hours (7:00 a.m. – 8:30 p.m.), if our staff is available, we will gladly assist you with any special requests for your convenience
Does the Acoommodation have a gym, spa, or swimming pool?
No, we do not have a gym, spa, or swimming pool. However, our team will be happy to recommend nearby facilities if you need these services during your stay.
Do you offer airport transfers?
Yes, we offer assistance with transport services from Anta Airport to our hotel in Huaraz. The price depends on the vehicle size, ranging from PEN 65 to PEN 300. The travel time is approximately 30 minutes.
If you require this service, simply let us know in advance, and we will be happy to arrange it for you.
Is there a laundry service available?
Yes, we offer a convenient laundry service at a rate of PEN 5 per kg for the 2025 season. Laundry is typically ready on the same day if dropped off before 8:00 a.m.
If you need this service, feel free to ask our reception staff for assistance.
Can tours or activities be booked through the accommodation?
Yes, we are happy to assist our guests in arranging tours. All classic tours are operated by external tour companies, but we can gladly help you with bookings.
Additionally, we have an in-house travel agency specializing in adventure activities, offering professional and personalized services. Our knowledgeable staff can provide detailed information about activities in the region, including self-guided options. Whatever your travel plans, we are always happy to assist you.
